How do I return an item?

 

You have up to 14 days to decide if you would like to keep your item(s) or return it for an exchange or full refund as long as the item(s) is in an unworn condition and able to be re-sold. Simply return the item(s) to us along with the completed returns form which can be found on the back of your delivery note to:

What are the delivery options?

Can I collect my order in store?

 

Yes, our in store collection option is free of charge. If you are local to our Lincoln store select our Free Collect From Store option at the checkout. Please note that Lincoln store collections are only available after 24 hours of placing your order Monday - Sunday. You will be required to show your order confirmation and 2 valid forms of ID on collection.

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process. How long will depend on your card issuer. If after 7 days your refund has not appeared in your account and we have not contacted you please get in touch stating your order number and returned item(s). View our full Returns Policy here.

 

How do I exchange an item?

 

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size simply check the New Size box on your Returns Note and enter the new size.

If you would like to exchange your item (s) for an alternative product fill out the new product form on your Returns Note with the new product name, brand, size and item price. View our full Returns Policy here.

 

How do I cancel my order?

 

If you wish to cancel your order once placed, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 15 minutes after your original order has been placed. Contact our customer service team on 01522 701577 with your order reference.

As we try to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. If your order has already been processed your order will be delivered to you as per your confirmation and you will need to go through our returns procedure to send your item(s) back to us for a refund.

 

Can I amend my order?

 

As we try to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible we cannot amend your order once placed. Unless cancelled and another order is placed, it will be delivered to you as per your confirmation and you will need to go through our returns procedure to send your item(s) back to us.

 

Can I amend my delivery address?

 

Due to our strict security procedures we are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been placed. Instead, if you would like your items delivered to a new address your current order will need to be canceled and a new order placed with the correct address. As we try to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. If your order has already been processed your order will be delivered to you as per your confirmation.
